      – The Month You Plan to Use the Book-This was our summer read so we are hitting the ground running August 29!
      – The Grade(s) You Teach- 6-8 We have a school book club reading the book.
      – How You’d Like to Connect (Mystery Skype, Pen Pals, Etc.)-I’m Open to any and all ideas.
      – Anything else relevant-Let’s get our kids talking about the impacts of this amazing book.

      Our school participates in Battle of the Books with a team of 5-6th graders. Our books for this school year are already set, but after I read Octopus I can suggest we add it to next year’s competition. A Skype call with our team would certainly get the kids excited!
